Accommodation description from the host:
We are within walking distance of the town center, the Courthouse Plaza.

We are located in the historic district that surrounds the Courthouse Plaza and are, ourselves, a historic property. We have two cottages on the property. The first cottage, Ponderosa Cottage, has two bedrooms with 3 bunks in each, shared bathrooms, a large living room, wonderful social kitchen, and a dining room. The second cottage, Alpine Cottage, has one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It also has a tv room and will eventually have a second bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Outside we have a lovely front porch with rocking chairs. In the backyard, there is a fire pit, picnic tables, a deck table and chairs with room for volleyball, horseshoes, and other fun outside games.

The beautiful historic courthouse sits in a delicious park of large shading trees, grass, park benches, and lots of people watching. The Plaza often hosts events including live music, art fairs, competitions, etc. Around the periphery of the plaza are bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream, live music, etc. It's a delightful final destination. There are additional events and excellent eateries all over the city. The city is ribboned with hiking and walking trails. There are surrounding lakes and parks. We are close to Jerome and Sedona but cheaper. We are directly in your path to and from the Grand Canyon
